All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or shipped to the wrong address, please contact the carrier with the tracking sent via email with any questions and concerns.

I Just Placed An Order, When Will It Ship?

Please allow 3 – 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Average transit times to the United States: 07 – 10 Business days

Average transit times to International: 05 – 15 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go to our order tracking page. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email  souvistudio@gmail.com or contact us via our Contact Us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at souvistudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please note that we do not issue shipping labels nor do we refund shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), post earrings, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
